Xiaomi (indeed) made the decision to provide a headset as a separate accessory from its smartphone package, the reason being that they believed that every xiaomi user had their own preferences. There is also no denying that people prefer to shop for complementary headsets with more specifications than using a headset that comes with a smartphone

The services provided are quite bad and the number of service centers in cities is still limited or few

This flagship smartphone series from xiaomi also neutralizes the 3.5mm audio jack port similar to other flagship smartphones (doesn't look prominent)

There is no one right man-made product, any feedback from smartphone users will be used as an assessment material for the next product development.
